HYBRID WILDERNESS FIRST RESPONDER RECERT

Review, practice, and stay on top of your skills with NOLS Wilderness Medicine's Wilderness First Responder Recertification Course! This scenario-based approach to recertification provides you the opportunity to test your skills against realistic situations.
You'll practice and relearn wilderness medicine protocols, review evacuation and decision-making guidelines, and receive the latest updates in wilderness medicine over the course.
On Hybrid courses, pre-work allows you to review the curriculum at your own pace, and focus on the hands-on element during your two days on course. You'll just need to complete all online components, including a written exam, prior to the course.

Boise State Faculty & Students- $365 for December Recert at Boise State
The class will be from 8 am-5 pm each day with 1 hour for lunch from around noon-1 pm.
We will have a CPR Refresher course at 5:30 pm on the first day.
Travel
March & June: Riverstone International School is in East Boise. Please follow on-site directions to the classroom in the main building.
December only: The Boise State Outdoor Program classroom is at the Boise State Recreation Center. On-site directions will be sent out pre-course. Free Street parking is available to the east and southeast of the classroom. Boise State will not be in session during the class.
Meals & Lodging
Students are required to arrange all lodging and food. Many food and lodging options are available in Boise.
